Our Associates have combined work experience of more than 130 years and average 100 hours of additional training per year. The core staff at The Center have been working together for over seventeen years as a group of professional practitioners committed to the full-time practice of improving life-quality. They are licensed by the State of Illinois as Massage Therapists and are certified in their specialty.

The Center Associates

Anita is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Neuromuscular Therapist and Integrative Tissue Release Therapist. Anita shifted career paths when she was injured at the age of 18 in an auto accident and received help from massage and bodywork.

Diane is a Licensed Massage Therapist and certified Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist. Diane became interested in massage because her own physical discomfort was alleviated with deep tissue massage and she could uses her biology background.

Pat is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Nurse and Zero Balancing practitioner. After retiring from a position in the school system, Pat chose massage as a way to use her education and skills in a more personal and hands on way.

Eric is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Integrative Tissue Release Therapist. He made a career change when an auto accident caused him serious injury. Eric found that Integrative Tissue Release improved his breathing, reduced his pain and allowed him to return to a normal life. 

Sharon  is a Cetified Iyengar yoga instructor.  After suffering years of neck and shoulder pain she began a practice of yoga to find relief.  Out of the respect and admiration for the work that helped her so much she started on the arduous task of six to eight years of training to become and Iyengar instructor.
