The Center offers a vast array of relaxation and healing therapies. The following are some of our most requested sessions:

BASIC SERVICES

  • Relaxation Massage Choose Swedish or Esalen style which address the superficial muscles of the whole body to improve tone, circulation, flexibility, and induce the relaxation response. Swedish uses kneading to free the body so the mind will follow. Esalen uses long nurturing strokes to relax the mind so the body will follow.
  • Reflexology
    Uses finger and thumb pressures to free reflex points in the feet. This works to release the entire body, improve circulation and promote healing.
  • LaStone HotStone Massage
    Features warm stones used to massage the muscles and bring in deep heat to relax and loosen.
  • Facial Massage

  • Jin Shin Do
    Means the "Way of The Compassionate Spirit." This gentle acupressure session is designed to balance energy and spirit, while loosening and releasing muscles and joints.
  • Reiki
    Utilizes subtle touch to organize and bring clarity to our emotional and energy body.

NOT SO BASIC SERVICES

  • Integrated Tissue Release
    Combines more than 12 techniques including, craniosacral, neurofascia and myofascia release, lymph flow enhancement, biomechanic soft tissue release, and positional release to restore freedom of movement and reduce discomfort. This therapy also improves tissue integrity after a trauma and is beneficial pre and post surgery.
  • Zero Balancing
    Unwinds the body at deep physical, emotional and spiritual levels, reducing aches and pains, and bringing an overall sense of peace and balance.
  • Neuromuscular Therapy
    Uses deep penetrating contact to address trigger points, muscle contractures, and entrapped nerves to separate and organize the tissue fibers. One or two problem areas can be addressed per session.
  • Craniosacral Therapy
    Releases the restrictions via gentle touch in the membrane system of the head and spine to reduce nerve excitation or improve nerve innervation.
  • Lymph Flow 
    (also known as Manual Lymph Drainage)
    Utilizes gentle rhythmic movements from Vodder and other lymph drainage methods to reduce fluids and move stiffening, burning waste from the tissues. This is especially good for individuals with puffiness, sinus irritation, fibromyalgia and sluggishness. Highly recommended after mastectomy and cosmetic surgery. .

  • Rejuvenating Facial Massage for Men & Women
    Works from the inside out by utilizing deep, but gentle, non-invasive techniques to release muscle tension-the major cause of deep lines. Some use Botox to release muscle tension. Try our facial first and you'll notice a difference! A series of 5 sessions are recommend for the most benefit.
